Who Rescued Who Sculpture

greyhound_sculpture
Hi,
My name is Lorri Acott, I’m a sculptor, and I’d love to help raise funds for greyhound rescue!!I’m offering 1/3 of any sales of my sculpture “Who Rescued Who” (greyhound) that originate from you to you.

It could be a special Christmas time fundraising offer that you email to everyone on your list…an easy way to raise a lot of funds that also benefits greyhound lovers!

The sculpture is 16″ tall bronze and is $2800. Anyone who orders by Nov 1 can have one by Christmas. It is a limited edition of 49, and I’m sending this out to multiple greyhound rescue agencies.

Here is an image you can send out to your list, if you’d like.  They can either contact me directly and I’ll pay you 1/3, or you can collect from them and pay me 2/3, whichever is best for you.

Let me know if you’d like to do this and what you need from me to make it easy for you.

Kindest regards,
Lorri

HGA NEWS!

With the changes coming to the racing industry in Iowa, HGA has made a couple of changes.

First, effective July 1 our adoption fee will be changing. For dogs 0-7 the fee will be $275. For dogs 7 and older the fee will be $200. The application fee will change to $25 and will still be taken off the adoption fee upon adoption. Any applications received prior to July with adoptions completed in July will be grandfathered in with the current fees. Our average vetting expense is closer to $480 per dog.

Secondly, the HGA mission is to adopt out retired racing greyhounds. At this time we will no longer take in greyhound mixes or greyhounds from outside the racing industry. If anyone wishes to discuss this decision feel free to email Jorene at joreneross@aol.com.
